My BFF

This is Lily..... she's my best friend.

She welcomed me to the Close from day one and we have been best friends ever since.  

We also live next door to each other, which is handy because we see each other most days.

My mum says that Lily is more of a Princess and I'm likened to a tomboy.


As you can see Lily is much smaller than me, but she gets in to more mischief than me!

Mummy always said that she was a perfect pup!  But we know different!

Lily had just had her 3 hour groom when she came to visit one day!

Imagine her mum and dad's shock when they came to pick her up just as she did this.......

Hey, Dotty, this looks like fun....


No Lily, don't do it!  


Whoops too late!


She didn't smell like a princess when she emerged from the pond that day!

Here's her looking more dainty than bog, and literally smelling of flowers!


But she's my best friend, and we love to do things together

Share treats


Although some of my treats are bigger than her!


We like to chill in the garden together!





We have friends over


And go for river walks


And sit around catching up!



But our favourite shared passion, is window watching!

Now I'm not one to cast aspersions, but I'd say that my friend Pippa is the true meaning of gluttony! She eats all my treats!  And I'm not exaggerating! It's My Birthday!

And the day just got better and better.  Aunty Sandie came to see me with not one but two presents :-) Mmm!  Wonder what it can be? Oh and a treat as well, that's a nice surprise.  But what is it!
